Terms of Service

Effective November 2, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you (the business using Viewable) and Viewable ("Viewable," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

Viewable connects to your Google Business Profile, drafts replies to your reviews, and lets you approve and post them. Depending on your plan, it also includes review requests, profile posts and answers, listing health checks, social comment replies, and AI visibility reports. Features may change as we improve the service.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you connect. You must have permission to manage any Google Business Profile you connect. Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Free trial, billing and cancellation

Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required to start.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged the plan price, and the plan renews automatically each month (or each year, for annual plans) until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we choose to offer a refund.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply from your next billing period.
Prices exclude applicable taxes.

4. AI-drafted content

Replies, posts and profile suggestions are drafted by AI and may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published, and for anything published from your account, including content posted through auto-post settings you turn on. Do not rely on drafts for legal, medical or other professional advice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Viewable to:

post false, misleading, defamatory or unlawful content;
create, buy or solicit fake reviews, or offer incentives for reviews;
filter review requests so only happy customers are asked ("review gating");
disclose private information about customers, including health information;
violate Google's, Meta's or any other platform's policies; or
interfere with, reverse engineer, or overload the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Third-party platforms

Viewable depends on services we don't control, such as Google Business Profile, Facebook and Instagram. Their availability, rules and features may change. We are not responsible for actions those platforms take, such as removing reviews or suspending profiles.

7. Text messages

If you turn on text approvals, you agree to receive service texts at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

8. Your data and ours

You own your business content, including reviews you have access to, your replies and your brand settings. You give us permission to use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We own the Viewable software, brand and website.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or any particular result such as more reviews, higher ratings, search rankings, or visibility in AI answers.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Viewable is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover claims against Viewable that arise from content published from your account or from your violation of these terms.

12. Termination

You can stop using Viewable at any time. We may suspend or end your access for violations of these terms or non-payment. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as payment, disclaimers and liability limits, continue after termination.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes, we will email you at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the changes.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
